Who am I?
My name is Matt Seipp, I love being able to work with people from all areas of life. Whether it is your first performance ever, the end of a long career, or simply want to keep upgrading your game, I am here to help. I have a passion for helping those in need and I want to extend my knowledge to those in every competitive setting, should it be on the field, on stage, in the office, or at a computer, I want everyone who performs to know they are the best they can be when its their time to shine! I have graduated National University with a Masters in Sport and Performance Psychology, and I am ready to dive into this world with anyone who wants to be apart of it and level up their mental performance!
What is Sport and Performance Psychology??
Sport and Performance (S&P) Psychology takes a look at the mental health side of athletes and performers to trust that when you take the stage, get on the field, or just go into your general life, these necessary skills will help you to be the best version of you there is. All of this to ensure that you are prepared just as much mentally as physically so when the time comes you can show up ready to accomplish your goals. Put simply it is the exploration and application of mental performance techniques.
I personally believe there are three major pillars to mental performance improvement.
-Mindfulness
-Communication
-Mental health
In order to improve mental performance I will help you to increase mindfulness, communication, and mental health as they are the three areas I feel are most important for anyone, and are three areas I strive to help improve in others as well as myself.
